Watching U-verse TV

Scripps was pulling Newsy off of U-verse on Channels 213 and 1213 as of June 30. at Midnight Eastern Time. It seems that Newsy will become a streaming channel if I understand this correctly

ESPN2 has horrible frame rate issues. All our other channels seem to be working fine. We followed the troubleshooting menu and did a full reboot but the issue is still not resolved.
