Can I watch programs recorded on my DVR (uVerse) on my mobile device or laptop?

I get "U-verse signal lost" at least a dozen times a day. Restarting the TV-receiver resolves the problem, How does one log a problem with AT&T? The ConnectTech link just gives "session timed out".

I recently upgraded my service to U200 which includes paramount network. However the channel (1145) is not visible on my guide using my computer or through the television hooked up to the gateway.  Is there a fix for this?

used to be able to see free tv shows like csi new orleans but now it seems all that is in that category is anime japenese crap bring back the regular tv shows I don't want to look thru all the networks to find my shows now it takes to much time to navigate to find my shows so on demand is practially
