Every night, the show Cagney & Lacey is being blacked out on the network Start TV. Can someone tell me why?

I'm unable to see all my receivers on my U-Verse app (on IPhone) It shows 4 receivers and says it found 2 other receivers, but those 2 receivers aren't added to my list. I get the error message "there has been an issue communicating with the U-Verse network. [3000]

Why isn't Bally Sports Southeast and specifically the Cincinnati Reds games, on AT&T U-verse U-300 in Nashville (zip code 37221)? Comcast has these games and this channel here. There is programming on that channel (1729 or 729), but it is NOT what is on BSSE. Please explain this and give a solution.

I can no longer get any NCIS shows on demand

When watching the Uverse movie channels, the sound drops so we can't hear the dialogue. We have maxed the sound level out with our remote only to have the sound jump way up then after awhile it drops again. What is going on? ?

We have called multiple times. We have spent hours on the phone with people having us check cables and reboot. We got a new Modem. We got a new main receiver. Nothing has worked. I am overpaying to waste my time for very poor service.

How do I file complaint on customer service that is the worst but keep trying to pretend it care? Is there an email where I could send them to clearly articulate my complaint?
