Channel 1320 dropped from my U-verse app

I use a Roku with my AT&T internet. AT&T will not let me access it the SyFy channel even though it is offered on my Roku. The message I get is Sorry we can not process your request at this time. Why can I not get SyFy through my AT&T internet?

I began to watch live tv on my ipad through the uverse app. Then it stopped playing and i received error 1001. . so i uninstalled and reinstalled the app and shut down and restarted the ipad. then i logged in again. now i get error uvm 996. Still no live tv. how do i fix this?

Our main tv is connected directly to the DVR via HDMI cable and I have a lot of picture freezing mostly right after channel change ( ot doesn't matter which channel come from or go to) My 2nd tv is hooked up wirelessly and has no issues with freezing. Unverse quality doesn't equal what I'm paying. M

We have noticed this happening in the middle of the day with the Fox News channel. Just goes black for 10-15 minutes - no error, nothing. Anyone else noticing anything similar?
