Streaming + Device & App

I have the Osprey boxes and quite a few times while watching a program I get no internet connection but my computer has connection as well as my phone. What could be causing this

Was able to download app on my new Samsung tv and was able to log in using my direct tv credentials.(have a dish) App comes up, but everything is frozen and them screen goes blue.

Anybody else notice that the list button on the Gemini Air remote takes you to the Library, which now has icons of the recordings in a grid instead of just a list of them? Or is this the new normal.
