I missed the very end of the Lakers versus Bulls game tonight. This Auto extend so-called feature fools you into thinking you're going to record the entire game. Why am I paying for such an expensive service when it fails? The only reason why I even got DirecTV stream is for these basketball games.

After opening DIRECTV on my Mac, the closed caption automatically turns on even though the checkmark appears next to the off option. How can this be corrected/fixed?
