Getting error 40006-001 (Oops something went wrong) when I try to watch anything on My Library

I can't see any of my recorded shows on my tv with the cloud dvr. It comes up with a opps something went wrong!!! I can see it on my laptop but not on my roku tv.

My remote controls everything but the volume from an adjacent room. It will however control the volume when I am in the same room as the TV which is connected to the Gemini device. Is there a way to control everything including the volume from an adjacent room?

Hi, my DirecTV streaming service does not allow me to play recorded programs that are in my library. When I select any of the programs in the library, the only choice I have is delete them. I have no choice to play the program.
