DIRECTV dropping OANN?

How could you bow down to the WOK cancel culture demands to dropping OANN?  They do not lie!  The "big lie of the 2020 election" is absolutely true. There is mountains of evidence of the election steal. All the misinformation comes from liberals not conservatives!  My husband and I will be dropping Directv if you go thru this in April. I will convince all our friends and family to do likewise. This is an attack on freedom of speech and our country. Shame on you!!!!

Please return OANN to your lineup.  I will not pay for any service that sensors my feed for political reasons.  I thought you were better than that.  If this is not corrected, I will have to find my services elsewhere.

@Ludwick577, If OANN is as bad as you state, please give us a couple of examples of where they have lied, but the others (CNN, MSNBC etc) were telling the truth.  Your political opinions mean nothing if you can't bring the sauce to back it up.  Otherwise, just another sn%*&#%ke

Not so much a question as a statement.  I have been a Directv customer for more than 30 years.  Your choice to eliminate OAN from your lineup has prompted me to begin a search for a new provider and it should be noted that it will not be the AT&T streaming service.  I am but a single customer and the only recourse I have is to shop my business elsewhere.

ATT, I sincerely request that you do not drop OANN.

I love ATT TV! But I will be cancelling my ATT TV account if OANN is dropped.

Thank you.

OAN & AWE are being banned in April from both DTV & UverseTV services. These services cover a large segment of the customer base so there must be a compelling reason for ATT to ban these channels.

I will be dropping DirecTV as well.  I am already looking at alternatives, whether I go back to cable or go the Firestick route.  I have OAN on all the time and don't watch any other news, except for a half hour of my local ABC affiliate in the morning (just to get weather updates) and occasionally Newsmax.  As it stands, I am paying more $$ for DirecTV with less of my favorite channels, PLUS the "regional sports fee" and I am at the lowest package.  I'm disgusted with it all and OAN is what is keeping me here, that and the many dvr'd programs I have and continue to record.  But I will give it all up for a new system come April if OAN is dropped from your lineup and I have been a customer for 12 years.

I had posted earlier of my disgust of DTV not renewing contract to keep OANN, then notified my post was moved to this thread and then saw it was edited and closed.  I hadn't posted anything political so don't know why; could be my views didn't align with theirs, how sad that a voice be silenced that wasn't spewing hate or politics.  I believe each has their own right to their own beliefs and therefore all news should be available so people can choose the news they want to follow.  To try to silence one side is not freedom of choice but oppersion.  The networks of CNN and MSNBC not only spew hate, one sided opinion, and lies but also encourage hate towards others that don't follow their way of thinking, do your research and look at the hate speech from their network; your community standards should be applied there.

No Censorship! If you don't like A channel don't watch. CNN is so damaging but they have every right to exist. OANN should be brought back. Our family watches them daily, our households only source of truthful news. We as Americans have the right to free speech and the freedom of choice. It is not the responsibility of A major corporation to decide where we watch our news and even what we watch. This is not the CCP.

Also I would like to add that sponsorship of A comunist country whose people are in slaved and silenced is not helping America First values. Beware of the global elites and The World Economic Forum. We support our athletes but not Beijing.

Carefully chose DIRECTV based on specific programming "must-haves".  OANN was one of those and if DIRECTV follows through on cancellation, we're gone.

I am a retired AT&T employee and a LONG time user of their services.  I will be disconnecting ALL my Internet and TV & telephony services if the T follows through with this short sighted politically driven decision

We carefully selected DIRECTV as our streaming source based largely on a "must-have" list of channels.  OANN was one of those.  If DIRECTV follows through on dropping OANN, we will follow through on dropping DIRECTV.

I was going to cancel my service because I heard Direct TV was dropping OANN. But was told to wait because Direct TV was not going to drop OANN. Want to know what is really happening?
