DirecTV Management
It appears that DirecTV management does not care about customer issues / concerns and will not respond to complaints. The OAN string on this forum has over 95 pages of messages, most of which bemoan the loss of OAN. Several have asked why without response. I personally have reached out through the email addresses posted for DirecTV management to no avail. I also reached the management pages for senior management only to find out there is no option for incoming communication. After several weeks of trying, all I can discern is DirecTV has closed the door for any feedback and allows the customer forum to be a place for customers to vent but is summarily ignored. I am very disappointed in the company and its leadership. I'll bet they don't respond to this either.
