Lack of payment

Payment has not been made due to fraud on credit card being used resulting in waiting on new card to be distributed.

Log into your account online or call DirecTV. Either you make a payment by another method while waiting on the new card or you see about setting a payment arrangement.

If you choose a payment arrangement be aware this only pushes back the date you would be suspended for past due. It does not remove any late fees if you end up paying after the cycle starts over.

You will need to contact DirecTV or DIRECTV STREAM (don't know which you have since you posted in community clubhouse) and pay by another method. If DirecTV (satellite) check to see if you have any option to make a payment arrangement.

This is a public forum of other customers so telling us the reason you haven't made a payment doesn't affect your account.
