New Directv Menu feature

I’m trying to figure out how to contact Directv to register a complaint about recent changes in the Menu feature.

Under the old Menu page, users could set up the DVR to record a wide variety of sports programming. Users could identify their favorite teams/sports and set the DVR to record all the relevant games.

For example, if I wanted to watch all Ohio State women’s volleyball games, I could set the DVR up to tape all those games.

Under the new menu page, there is no such option. DIRECTV touts the new Sports Central page, but the feature pales and in comparison with the options available under the old system.

How do I contact DIRECTV so that they know that this new system is a disaster?
