Newsmax might return if they ever present a better offer to DirecTV. Until such time a new carriage agreement is reached, DirecTV is not allowed Newsmax.
As for OAN, they are gone. It was announced there would be no negotiation, so no chance for a new carriage agreement. That was a year ago so we all move on.
In any case this is a public forum, not customer support and certainly not anybody with control over channel negotiations.

When Directv refuses to pay Newsmax even a penny per subscriber, how low does Newsmax's offer have to go? Like I said before, Directv wants Newsmax for free while it continues to pay fees to other news channels. You should just admit this instead of playing Directv games.

CNN gets $14 per subscriber from Directv. Newsmax only wants $1 per subscriber, but Directv said it wouldn't even pay Newsmax a penny. The writing is on the wall. Directv wants Newsmax for free. To make it more obvious, the other 20+ left-leaning news channels are all getting paid fees as well, and most have audiences smaller than Newsmax. Whether it was or was not a direct result from a Democrat letter requesting AT&T/Directv deplatform conservative news, the fact is they're doing it.
Like me, you'll need to use their own App, use something like the Pluto TV app which includes both channels, or find a competing cable/satellite provider that includes these channels. I personally won't pay for 200 channels and have no news channel to watch.

Newsmax wants higher cost to fund their shift in model. DirecTV doesn't want to fund that so wants as close to the old agreement as possible, which is lower than Newsmax's last offer.
But this the right of both DirecTV and Newsmax. Nothing requires either side to cave. In then end pay TV is luxury entertainment, not anything we are entitled to.

You answered your own question, congrats. If they will only accept it free, then they are wanting to keep the same carraige agreement they have had. As they have stated, they are not willing to fund Newsmax's changes. Perhaps after Newsmax has leveled out after their changes DirecTV would be willing to reevaulate cost options as funding period is over, but that is just me speculating.
I have been honest in my comments so there is nothing to "admit" like you claim. Making fales implications like that and answering your own question would be more "playing games" as you say.
