This is a public forum of other customers. We wouldn’t be able to help you with that. You should call DIRECTV ( number in my greeting below) to express your concern. in the meantime you can continue to enjoy NEWSMAX free of charge with their independent app available on streaming devices as well as phones and tablets.
DirecTV's stance is the cost offer from Newsmax is unreasonable. Carriage agreement ended so Newsmax pulled the feed. DirecTV is currently willing to listen to Newsmax if they want to try again.
NewsMax isn't coming back to DirecTV unless they offer it for free. All of the award winners on this forum have made that clear and I will no longer pay for a package that doesn't offer a news channel I watch.
I just signed up for Dish and got a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised it even came with a debit card incentive. I didn't know about the incentive, but I'll take it anyway. I'll be paying a little less than with a similar DirecTV package, and I'll be dropping DirecTV as soon as Dish is installed next week.
In life, we cannot always get what we want. Even though you and many other people want Directv to get Newsmax back that is really up to Directv and Newsmax and if they can come to some kind of agreement. If you want them to come back your best recourse would be to contact both Directv and Newsmax and tell them how you feel as this is just a public customer-to-customer help forum your voice is not really able to be heard here as well.

Why pay Dish? It's free on their own streaming service app.

@ortez28daniel
Dish is having as of right now a 3 day outage where their entire website is down, phone lines don’t work, etc.
have fun with your new provider and the installation if it will even happen at all..
