As long as you are in Select or higher (so not the Family package) you are paying for it like every other channel in your package. TV providers aren't allowed to al-a-carte everything and instead must package it. None of us watch every single channel in our package so we pay for some we don't like.
Your option is to hide unwanted channels with a Favorites list (doesn't affect billing), lower to the Family package, or going without your pay TV.

It was already added back to 349 and you should be able to watch it on all of your equipment as long as you have Select Package or higher.

the same is true for folks on the other side. They may not like CNN, MSNBC, etc but still pay for that
