No regular Tv
My tv is connecting to the internet as I am able to watch Prime, Netflix etc but when I try to switch to regular Tv it says no broadband is available. All of my other tvs work fine. Oh there is also a red light (not blinking) on the front of my receiver. We’ve disconnected it several times and it’s rebooted but then it goes straight back to no broadband connection method. I can’t even get it to troubleshoot.

Is your HR44 configured for your home WiFi, or are you using an ethernet cable connected to your home network router? Check under the "Network Setup" settings.

DirecTV is service by satellite. The term "broadband" is for internet. That suggests you are not switching to the correct input on the TV. Perhaps you are switching to a DIRECTV STREAM (differnet service) app or a built-in RVU Client (DirecTV Ready TV).
Verify the HR44 is still plugged into the TV by HDMI.
Check which HDMI port it is plugged into.
Even if it says "DirecTV" on the TV's input on-screen, verify it actually matches witch HDMI port it is plugged into in case the input was mislabeled or was for STREAM or RVU.
Unplug TV from power for a minute and reset it in case it is not switching correctly.
