Account billed but never activated

I ordered Direct TV, scheduled installation 4 times but the tech never showed up. I am now in default with DTV, but the account was never activated.

I'm puzzled how they can bill you for an account that was never activated.

You'll need to call DirecTV to fix this .... 1 800 531 5000

I think you should call their customer service line so that they can resolve it for you.
