Account locked out

I have tried logging In several times to my mother’s account, but the account gets locked out after one try, and I’m sure I’m using the right password.

We understand that you're having trouble accessing you mothers account. Don't worry, we can help figure out what happen here.

Are you an authorized user on the account? If not please have the account holder reach out to us.

You can try resetting the password here. Also where are you trying to login at?

Yes she knows I use her account if that’s what you mean by authorized user.

 

i am trying to login on the directv app.

I tried, but I got an error message saying it wasn’t the right combination of user id and last name.
