Adjustments & credits on billing

Through September 0f 2022 my billing showed Advanced receiver-HD credit until next equipUpgrade of $10. and Whole-home DVR service credit until next equipUpgrade of $3.   On the October 2022 billing cycle those credits are not there.  I did not upgrade equipment.  What is the reason for dropping the credits?
