Agent won't talk about your problem

I called to talk about a problem I had and all they would do is try to sell me a protection plan. No matter how many times I told them I wasn't interested and would they talk about my problem they just kept trying to sell the plan. I asked for a Supervisor and they said oh that would take 30 minutes.  I hung up and called back got a different agent and he did the same thing.  I even started shouting I didn't want the plan but they continued with their spiel.

I just wanted to cancel a program but they wouldn't talk about it.

You can't cancel a program.

You can cancel channel packages or individual Premium channels. But you can't cancel just any channel.

I was canceling Sports Pack.  But point is the agent would not talk about anything but selling their protection plan. Would not talk about what I called in for.
