At Wits End
I've spent HOURS on the phone with reps unable to help me. Notes not found , repetitive apologies etc. I suspect my problems started with a salesman who wanted to make a sale no matter what. As a senior citizen who is on a limited income I was told my bill would be 35.00 a month TOTAL. I said I needed NO frills. Asked salesman quite clearly if this was a limited offer etc...NO mam it was what my bill would be. The billing problems started almost immediately. To make a LONG story shorter I've continued to pay my 35.00 a month never missing a payment but accruing charges. Yesterday a rep told me my monthly bill package is 80.00 $!!!! Haaaa! I don't have movies, HBO etc and I don't have 80.00 a month. There is NO ONE who can help so I tried to cancel but I'm locked into a contract.
They say my service will be cancelled this week. I live rural, I'm a senior and I feel duped by this conglomerate. I'm=/÷%\ SCREWED.

you may be locked into a contract but your free to change the programming to fit your financial needs at any time 80 seems a bit high for no frills minimal programing, i think you may have been put on a higher package .keep in mind that 35.00 quoted to you is before taxes so no matter what he told you there will be taxes and fees on top of the 35.00

OFFER. I was led to believe this. Apparently No proof can be found. Only
thing for sure is they can not get blood out of a turnip.

still paying it. Is anyone going to understand? No? I didn't think so. I'm
screwed and I have N0 respect for this company and its lack of helpful
communication. Not the fault of worker drones.
