Att customer services lies bait and switch and more

I have been a wireless customer 22 years.  I called to inquire about directv and internet.  The agent told me i was elgible for a veterans discount of $15 off a month on direct and $15 off on internet. I explained i wanted to keep my wireless separate for the directv because i use this for my employer and they provide a huge discount.  The agent reassured me that these would be separate and i would get the discounts on the internet and dish. So over the past month i have tried to get the discount for the direct and internet only repeatedly.  Numerous called and about 15 hours either in chat or on the phone i still dont have it little over a month later. About 75% of the agents say i am eligible but they didnt apply it. They even applied the discount to my wireless and removed my employer discount. This was a mess i called to get employer discount reapplied and was told it was impossible. Called right back and the next agent had it back on in 7 minutes.   REALLY!

 

So i was promised something that they will not honor. This is ridiculous,  its only $30 a month but if i was promised something that is a bait and switch now in a 2 year contract.

Help this company is the worst customer service ever.

You only get the discount if you have the Unlimited and More plan for ATT.  If you separated the phone plan to try to get a bigger discount, you lose the military discount on the Directv and internet.
