ATT predatory business practices
ATT adds 2 years, in a very sneaky way, meaning they don't ask if you want it but you will see it in the fine print on your service paper. So, each time you call because you have any problem they tack this on, usually without your knowledge. This means you are held hostage by them if you want to cancel as you will have to pay them!!! Even for their rude and crappy customer service, it their constant upping the price of service. This is a predatory practice and is usually illegal. Like predatory lending. How do I complain and to whom? Who is the local authority?? Or just FCC, and they're not very helpful!!!
