Att rep lied to me about directtv bill and reward
An at&t rep persuaded me to switch to direct tv and internet for what I was paying for dish. My first bill was not agreed price. Phone calls to at&t couldn't do anything to fix, then he also promised me a $350 Visa reward, but went to claim and it only game me $100. I'm am.totally fed up. No one can seem to help me. What do I do to fix this before taking legal action. I know the call was recorded so why is this lying ok? Please help!!!

They said $350 dollars, the reward to claim was a 100 Visa reward.

They never sent me an order confirmation Pryor to starting service. Just the rep on the phone. I never had to confirm any of it. The phone call was 124 for internet and tv and a 350 reward card

You should have had to sign off on your order confirmation when your equipment was installed or upgraded.

The direct tv guy didn't have me sign anything. I signed a completion from when the internet guy was finished. How would I get a copy of my "confirmation " if there was one?

Hmmm, not sure. They're supposed to give you that stuff when you place your order and when your installation is completed. Try calling them to ask .... 1 800 531 5000
