Bait and switch scam

I signed up for DIRECTV August 2020 after being promised a $100 reward card. I was hesitant as there was a high installation fee. But with the promise of the $100 gift card to offset it I agreed. November 2020 still have not received a reward card despite calling multiple times. On a recent call I was told I qualified for only a $50 reward card and it would be sent in three weeks. Great BAIT & SWITCH SCAM—if I get anything. Last call — was told supervisor would return my call within an hour. 24 hours later still no call. Frustrated beyond words.
