Bank Information

The website will NOT accept my new bank information nor can I change password??..

I went trhu the whole procedures and repeadted twice but still will NOT save New Bank

info or Change Password??? HELP!!

Hey, @AmalioF. We'd be glad to help you change your bank information and get back into your account!

  • What happens when you try to sign into your account, do you get some kind of error message?
  • What's preventing you from changing the password?

You may have more success by trying to Reset your Password using MyAT&T. If you are able to get in after that you should be able to Add, Change, or Delete an AT&T Stored Payment Method from there as well.
