Being lied to
On September 29th I had a conversation with the retention department. I spent over an hour on the phone about the large increase. I was supposed to be in a 24 month contract that only lasted 12 months. Finally things where figured out as the rep spoke with her manager I was promised that I would receive a $60 a month credit that would go into effect on the next bill. The next bill came and only received a $5 dollar credit. I was also charged for the Sunday ticket that was never ordered. So was supposed to get credit for $80 charged for that. I called back and spoke with retention on Sunday and was informed that they aren’t going to honor what I was promised. I have been a customer for over $30 years also with cellular service since 1997. This is not how you treat customers that pay their bill on time and that honor their contract. If I failed to honor my contract you would sue me for breach of said contract. When AT&T representatives make an offer on behalf of AT&T it should be honored. It unethical and inappropriate to not honor that agreement. This needs to be fixed or I will be ending my relationship with AT&T and they will lose my $4000 a year. You aren’t the only ones out there. I own my own heating and air company and I wouldn’t be in business long if that’s how I did things.

This company is a bunch of bullsPitting liars! They told me my bill would never exceed $100 if I changed plans with them. First few months, my bill was $73. the amount we agreed to. After that, they have been billing me over $150. a month. There is no American Representative to contact. They keep switching me over to some foreign island where they won't even tell you where they are, and the people make promises that they can't keep. FOCK ATT, FOCK DIRECT TV! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE AGAIN! RIP OFFS, CROOKS, BOSTARDS!!!!
