Billing and Customer Service Hassles

Does the company care about feedback? No way I can find to submit an email? After over 5 hours on the phone and 3 calls (see below) I don't have any confidence calls are even looked at. Even if the last call gets the billing straightened out, I feel some additional compensation is reasonable. After all they wouldn't let me not pay my bill for 5 months and wait on the phone for hours to reach me before cancelling service.... right? Here is my story.

Called 8/7/2019 to cancel NFL Sunday Ticket. They refunded 2 months, but didn’t cancel

Called 12/2/2019 Billed for Sunday Ticket again and billed for 3 months of premium channels I didn’t order or authorize. Was told the amount that would be credited (whole amount) but wasn’t credited.

Called 1/9/2020 Still being billed for Sunday Ticket and no credit from 12/2/2019 call on my bill. Told again the refund would happen. Asked to be speak to supervisor for compensation for my time (2-3 hours on phone), hassle and money taken without authorization due to AT&T errors and talked to Mul [EDITED]. She told me no compensation and also not refunding premium channels (as I was previously told). She said it was my fault I didn’t check my bill and call as soon as I saw the error. Took another 2 hours to get to Mul on phone. Asked to talked to her supervisor and talked with Michael [EDITED]. After another hour on phone (3 hours total this call) and him telling me again I should have called earlier he agreed to refund the full amount. He said he could not give any other compensation. After 3 hours in one call I gave up. Waiting to see if the refund happens. Also waiting to see if anything comes from FCC since I couldn't find a good way to reach DirecTv.

Calling/chatting are the only ways to contact DTV. After the start of the season you can't cancel NFLST or get a refund.

Customer service issues just continue to get worse! If you ever get it straight, switch service asap!

AT&T (both DirecTV and Wireless) rely on, in part, bait-and-switch plus sometimes just plain lies to squeeze every $$ they can out of you. Watch EVERY communication you have with them - click to verify/accept a service visit agreed on and scheduled over the phone? It likely has a contract extension embedded in the fine print.

I honestly have dealt with few companies in my life as immoral and deceptive as AT&T and its family of companies.
