Billing issues -Premium movie channel cancellation

Tried to cancel my Premium channels since I received the letter on 3/7 saying promotions ended and my bill was raised. It went from $90 to $171 in March. April it's $155 and I owe an additional $171. This is highway robbery, especially in a Pandemic. I've tried repeatedly for 2 months to cancel the premium channels. Since the Pandemic, I can't get thru on the phone. Can't get thru on MyAtt. Nothing works. The customer service number keeps you on hold for hours to no avail. We are already dealing with death, why are you robbing us too?

Please cancel my premium channels and refund my account.

The only way to cancel anything with DTV is to call and wait until a CSR can get to you.
