Billing problems

Directv made me an offer to stay a customer which I agreed to.  send me an email confirmation of what my new bill would look like and then turned around and sends me a bill that is DOUBLE what I was offered.  When i called, no one was able to assist me in fixing the bill.  How do I find someone at Directv who can actually help me?

Good luck with that!  After many years, I have had so many problems with so-called customer service I am waiting til December for contract to end & I will NEVER use Directv again...way too expensive & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
