Calls being recorded


I called on May 5, 2019 and canceled my direct TV services. The first agent told me I had to talk to another department yo cancel she could not do that, fine she transferred me to. The Retension department agent. He then tried to keep me as a customer by making my bill 80 monthly I refused and told him I still wanted to cancel my services. He then said I would need to make the payment and my services would be scheduled for disconnect. He said he changed the date til the 8th of May and I just need to wait for my last bill. I recieved a email telling me I owed 39$ (in attachment). Then I recieved a billing statement that said I owed 208$ and noticed I still had services which made no sense. So I called on the 23rd of MAY spoke another agent upon my surprise she stated she doesnt even see the request for cancellation of my services on the 5th nor was there any notes AT ALL. I was telling her that I spoke with a man in the Retention Department the name to that ID WAS LISTED AS A WOMANS NAME. Before getting off the phone she told me that direct TV will pull the call from the 5th of May and will get bck to me in 48hrs with their findings. 

IM BEING BILLED IN ADVANCE FOR ADDITIONAL MONTHS WHEN I CANCELLED ON THE 5TH OF MAY. I no longer want the services but I'm still being charged for it. I go from 39$ to 208$ because your agents dont do their JOB. I also would have not made 2 payments 3 days apart if I was keeping the services. I also was charged for making a payment with the Retension agent.....if I was calling to just make a payment I would have did it with the automated system FOR FREE.. Getting the run around having agents put me on hold and hang up on me. Or transfer me to disconnected lines or wireless service departments is beyond me
I'm being held responsible for agents mess ups and lack of knowledge which will reflect on MY CREDIT. I've been a direct TV customer 2+ years and been with AT&T MORE THEN 10YRS this is ridiculous I expected more from this company.
I'm disputing this 208$ bill with you guys. Please get back to me.
