can no longer stream or watch anything on my direct tv account since sept 5th and want it resolved

I thought that for longest time since sept 5th after my roku did a software update direct tv log me out of starz and parmount network app try to log back into those and many other apps as direct tv my provider giving me errors

 

it took me 2 months after I decided yesterday to factory reset both roku's it wasn't the case apparently I have lost ability since sept 5th to stream or watch anything on my direct tv account not only on roku but on direct tv website itself

 

for  an example if I sign into at and t account and click on watch tv on direct tv account type in show suits esp 10 I click on more info it saids

not avaiable with your current tv package update tv package←on choice package it doing that on that and other channels if I type something in like simpsons

 

 

also say I type in usa network website on computer and I try to watched something it asked select your tv provider direct tv provider it will say your tv subscription does not include this channel please contact your service provider about upgrade your service to get access

 

abc.com website after select direct tv as provider saying error 400 2 this customer is not authorized for contect request

 

I can go on and on about other websites like nbc or starz but not going to something is preventing my direct tv account not stream anywhere anymore  despite that I can log in I assuming since can’t stream on a web browser on a website to watch a favorite show cannot stream on my roku when log into direct tv give me errors as well and need to get this fixed asap

 

I did see att and t account that 0-6 receivers are turn off I don’t know if turning them back on might fixed my direct tv streaming issues or not←i just saw that today not sure how it was turn off in 1st place maybe that what happen sept 5th I don’t know

 

but it been a very long time i was able to stream and watch stuff in past using direct tv as my tv provider it started to come an end between the last week of aug 26-sept 4th next morning no more streaming or watching anything direct tv account

 

i have try talking to direct tv they don't understand what i'm saying keep putting me in billing department

 

is there an at and t or direct tv expect that can help me with my direct tv streaming issues or not
