Can not sign into my directv account Online Care code 201 lu100
I can not sign into my account. I think this has to do with my account being taken off of an apartment bulk package. My landlord is not longer paying for some of my Directv. I get the Care code 201 lu100. When I try to change reset password it does not recognize my email or my account ID. What should I do to fix this. I have not tried but assume this will affect my ability to sign in to streaming accounts thru directv. My account is active and my Genie Equipment is working fine.

So this problem was escalated to the "Back Office Team" last Thursday, 5 days ago, and still nothing. Can not sign in, can not change password, can not register new account, nothing. But I can get billing statements to my email. So what?
