cancel my service

Please come and pick up the dishes and satellite. We are using someone else now.

[EDITED]-Bill- please contact me for all information. Cancel my service as of today. I have taken notes and kept copies of all emails and your service and trouble. Please call me asap to make an appt to come and pick up equipment. Thank you!

they will not pickup the dish and im assuming you mean the boxes they will not pick those up either. you own the dish so recycle or dispose of it. you need to drop off any receivers at a participating ups or fedex location, your account will not be cancelled from this post as this is a customer forum not directv . keep in mind if you cancel at any time in a billing cyce even 1 day in you pay for the full month and an early termination fee of 20 dollars for each month left on your contract.
