Cancelled Account but not receiving my refund

I canceled my Direct TV account in late January 2022. I had a credit balance of $95.78 and was supposed to receive a check. The check never came. I called and was told the check was mailed. But--I never received it. My son and I have called dozens of times to no avail! This is pretty sad. I was a long-time customer and paid AT&T and Direct TV thousands of dollars over the years... and we just keep getting the runaround. No one knows what to do--they keep telling us the check has been sent. But, days pass, and no check. When will this be resolved?! I am extremely unhappy with your customer service.

You can say ‘billing’ to the robot when calling DIRECTV ( number in my greeting below). This will send you to the billing department where you can discuss your situation with the agent. If after additional phone calls there is no resolution, you can try a BBB complaint.

Hi Juan. Thank you. Sadly, I am unable to locate that icon. I do not have a Direct TV account at this point and your website won't let me create one because my account has been closed.
