Cannot log into the NFL Sunday ticket for students

I saw that others were having this same issue but I cannot log into the app for the Sunday ticket.  It says that my email and password isn’t right but I know it is. I am getting the same issue on my phone and on my fire stick.  I made the change to my ATT email so the two do not match anymore but I am still unable to get in.  Please help me correct this.
