Cannot Pay or View Bill

I have not been able to pay or view my Directv Bill online (or anywhere else). I have a balance due that I cannot pay. When I called, the rep send me a link to pay. But to use the link, you must know your account number. Further more, the amount due is not typically what I pay and I cannot see the bill to see what is going on. VERY frustrating. I have never dealt with a company where they make it nearly impossible to pay and view account info. Anyone else have this issue and found a way to resolve it?

If you don’t know your account number call to be given that info. You’ll need the phone number, service address, account holder, and password (four digit if necessary) to authenticate yourself and the account. 

As far as not being able to sign into the online account, what issue are you having? Error codes? Have you tried a different browser/device?

I can sign in to my online account. I just cannot view my bill. I am not paying until I can see what I am paying for. That is my main issue. I cannot view my bill. There is no link to view the bill. It says "Your DIRECTV service is billed through another provider. Go to the website listed on your paper bill to see or pay your bill online." 

I don't receive a paper bill - I will from now on, once I get this straight - and I see no way to view the bill on line. I am not just going to pay an amount that is not typical, until I see my bill.

Understandable. If you don’t receive your DIRECTV service through an ISP or other company like CenturyLink, that must be a glitch.

I suggest you call DIRECTV and say ‘cancel’ to the robot to be sent to the proper agent that can hopefully straighten it out. If not, you would then try a BBB complaint.
