Cannot See My Services Online

I want to look at my current DirecTV package and compare to the other packages to see if I want to make a change. But, every single time I log into my account, it shows a message that says "cannot show your services at this time". If I have to call and spend hours on the phone because your website is broken, I'm going to be one very (Edited per community guidelines) off customer.

This is a customer to customer forum not DTV support.

This is where the website directed me to post a question if I needed help. I guess this is just more evidence of the garbage service AT&T provides.

It's been like this for months. I can't believe they are unable to fix it - obviously this is done on purpose to discourage people from price shopping or cancelling premium services. I miss my dish account. Probably going back.
