Can't create a new log in

What does (MSIDENTITY_001) indicate and how do I correct it ?

Hello!

The error code MSIDENTITY_001 usually points to an issue with the Microsoft Identity Platform. To fix it, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, using a different browser, checking your internet connection, updating your browser, or disabling extensions. If these steps don’t help, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

I’m having the same exact error! No matter which browser I use tried multiple devices connected to different wi-if networks and cellular data  but does not make a difference same error. As of July 31st after activating my new DirecTV satellite cable service. Please help and fix this error ASAP otherwise how am I supposed to log in online to pay my bill lol
