can’t log in direct tv to pay bill

I was able to log in up until about 3 weeks ago. I tried to log in to PAY MY BILL, and it said the info was wrong(which wasn’t!). Then it sends me to the AT&T site. I try to log in and it asks if I’m trying to log into the correct site. Seems pretty idiotic to me but I understand mistakes happen and programming isn’t always easy to get sorted.

i don’t have the patience or free time to wait on hold for hours so if you want me to pay the bill, how about you don’t make it impossible!

To further escalate the problem I no longer have access to the email that I used in connection with the account. It was a work email and I’m no longer working there. So the email needs to get changed as well.
