Can't login to Satellite account, redirects to Stream account

I can't access my satellite account from www.directv.com or the iPad app.  It redirects me to the Stream website to an account that is closed.  I changed the user ID and password on the Stream account, so I now have separate IDs for Satellite and Stream, but it still magically redirects to Stream account and logs me in under the Satellite login and password. 

Tried clearing caches, different browsers, different machines.  Nada.

Any help is most appreciated.

That’s the annoyance of when you try to make two accounts for DIRECTV STREAM and DIRECTV satellite under the same email address or otherwise ID. Since you say you want to access satellite, I would call in to the satellite department (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot to be sent to the right department. Hopefully that agent there can assist.

Nope. 'sign-in help' not recognized, nor 'login help' either.

It has worked for many others in the past. Are you calling the 1(800)-531-5000 number?

Does your iPad have the provider stored. Try deleting the provider and try again.

Yes.  When I say that, it wants to direct me to reset my password.
