Can't seem to get my refund from Directv after canceling the service mid December 2019!

We discontinued our Directv service in December 2019. We have a refund due us that showed on the statement from January 2020. We have not received the refund and it hasn't shown up on our At&T internet account. I called Directv and they said it was transferred to At&T account but they don't have a date or know how it was transferred or to what account. I don't think they know.
