Can't sign in to DirecTV website

Over the past few months I haven't been able to access my DIrecTV account online.  Every time I tried to use www.directv.com I keep getting the same message "oidc.idp.clogin.att.com"  err_connection_time_out.

Anyone else having this problem.  I've tried using different Browsers and it's the same error.

Any suggestions?!!

I did access using My Kindle Fire Silk browser. . .but it's inconvenient as I can't print

from it.  Prefer use of my PC with Chrome browser.

Can you assist?

Are you using a VPN, ad-blockers, or other antivirus software on your computer? Have you tried a different browser?

Yes to all.  I did clear ad-blockers, but haven't removed antivirus or VPN protection.

Used optional browser (Silk) on my Kindle and was able to get in, but prefer using Chrome on my desktop.  Don't have any problems with other sites using Chrome.  DirecTV is the only one giving my headaches.

Have cleared cache, browser history, etc and removed and reinstalled Chrome and direct app. . . still no !luck!!

Well that’s why. A VPN will cause this issue. If you turn off the VPN then the issue will be fixed.
