Can't watch NBC channel KSDK on Direct TV.
Me: We haven't been able to get tv channel KSDK for at least 2 weeks now, because AT&T has been in a dispute about charges for that channel.. Since we can't watch channel KSDK I think our Direct TV bill should be adjusted to reflect this outage for how ever long this dispute goes on. As of 12/18/2020 we still can't see any NBC stations. Is this dispute going to be settled and if not we are seriously thinking of going with a different TV provider.

You are paying for a TV service, not specific individual channels.
as per these terms of service 8. INTERRUPTIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Service may be temporarily interrupted or otherwise limited for a variety of reasons; some beyond the control of AT&T. AT&T reserves the right to refuse credit allowances for interruptions of Service. AT&T also reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, at any time and from time to time, the Services (or any function or feature of the Services or any part thereof) without liability. You acknowledge that AT&T may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services, including without limitation, the limits set forth in the attached Schedule 1 and Schedule 2.

Me too! I truly never realized HOW MANY shows I watch on NBC until this horrible event happened ... Of course it was at the very end, the finale, of one of my favorite shows - this seasons' THE VOICE.
So I paid for the LIVE HULU - $54.99 (that little $20 gift from DirecTV didn't really cover that...) I'm still undecided if I'm staying with DirecTV or switching to HULU and Netflix stuff all together. SOO MANY of my friends and my daughter and son in law have all CUT THE CORD! I'm working on getting used to watching TV on other forums - and once I figure out how to do it on all my TVs, I'm switching too! I can't believe ALL the NBC shows that are blankly recorded on my DVR ... Dr. Phil, ELLEN, The Voice, Transplant, Jimmy Fallon, ALL THE CHICAGO shows, Med, Fire, PD, to name a few. Just shows that 'blueish' screen with the baseless words -check TVPROMISE for updates - Has one person here found an update to this mess?? Anywhere? I hope to have my new plan in place once the new year starts and there are new episodes to all my shows. We own our own business, a funeral home, so we work crazy and often unpredictable hours, I just want to come home and be able to relax a little and watch what I'm paying for.
