AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new partner is moving billing and the website to them and there been problems. You may have to call DTV to change the password and fix the login.
There is unfortunately nothing we can do about that here as we are all just customers like you. You will need to get a hold of the customer service phone number below or try and get some help from Directv on Reddit or Twitter.
Call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot to be sent to the right department for your issue. As stated before, DIRECTV was split from AT&T and now TPG has a 30% stake. Therefore, your account troubles are likely due to this transferring of management from the AT&T site to the DIRECTV site.
