Changed DirecTv package

I decided to change the package I had. It was CHOICE XTRA CLASSIC. It kept getting more and more expensive. I spent a lot of time with a AT&T rep, and finally decided to get the Choice package. I got the first bill and it was a little cheaper. When I went on line to check over the details of my DirecTv account - I found out that I was signed up for the SELECT (all included) package. I don't know what the next bill will be.

I saw that I have amount due of $0.20 - Pay by Jun 25, 2021.
I was looking for a simple list of the Channels I get without all the junk like channels available for an additional charge, PPV, etc. I get tired of this stuff......

Yes Choice would be slightly cheaper than Choice Xtra Classic. Glad they changed from having 3 packages with overlapping names (Choice, Choice Xtra, Choice Ultimate) to being more clear.

However, Select is 2 packages lower than what you wanted. So call DirecTV back when they are open and get it fixed.

For reference the current packages (low cost to high) are: Family, Select, Entertainment, Choice, Xtra (or Preferred Xtra for those that watch little to no sports), Ultimate, Premier.

Thanks Juniper,

I'm going to accept the Select package. Upon review of my notes from discussions with AT&T/DirecTv; it appears that the rep was doing his best to find a package that best matched my criteria.

The 20 cent charge was apparently a programming glitch related to Video charges. It was simply removed.

Thanks again,

If Select works then great. Just check the lineup to be sure. And off course your locals remain the same as that is just based on your address as you get them with all current packages.
