Changing Pin Number
Website allows us to change our pin number which we need to do. Ask for last 4 of ss number and zip code. Filled it in. It can only be one answer. Website says it is not right. Any suggestions before I try to call?

You can't change the parental control password online, you have to call DTV and prove you are the account holder to remove it. Any other Pin number like your AT&T account pin you are in the wrong forum.
