Compliments to 2 people who helped me with my Direct TV
On January 22nd I spoke with Ulissa (ref #R21-254831942962) Needed to cancel direct tv as I am moving soon. Wonderful help. On February 17, I spoke with Jared who sent me an email telling me how I could bring back my equipment. Very helpful. IN a world where customer service is sometimes lacking - these guys were awesome. Makes ATT look good. I am a small business owner and know how important this is.

You don't need to cancel DTV you can setup a move order to move the account to the new place you will have to take all receivers and cords and a tech will install them there.
