COvid 19 waiver program

I have been trying to sign the COvid 19 waiver program. So direct tv won’t suspend my tv and every time I click on the link. Its like the link is broke

@nabukl is correct. The waiver is not for prevention of service interruption. It's for fees or charges you may incur between March 13, 2020, and May 13, 2020, due to economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic.

To submit a waiver, have your user ID and password ready and click here.

@ATTCommunityTeam The waiver form isn't working. The screen pops up quickly and then it goes to a broken page. What the heck???

The waiver isn't for prevention of a service interuption of DirecTV service.
