Credit not being issued
I have been battling DirecTV in regards to a credit that has been owed to me since February 2020 when I canceled service and had an overpayment. I have been repeatedly calling every month to receive my credit $32.63. Today I receive another statement and now I am being charged $16.00. Leaving a credit of $16.63. This is absurd and I want my $32.63 credit.
