This isn't a question; it's a comment. Customer service agent Travis and his supervisor Brenden (#BH3611) (I believe they're out of a Texas location) were extremely helpful when my parents needed to cancel their service. They couldn't have been nicer or more courteous. It's that kind of customer service that builds brand loyalty. Hang on to those two, AT&T. They're rock stars.
